Position- Lead/Associate Manager(Machine Learning)
Looking for brilliant Machine Learning Lead/Associate Manager who have the passion to tackle tough problems by bringing cutting edge machine learning and NLP techniques into a brand new area for Monster!
oBuilding intelligent systems leveraging the vast amount of available user/behavior data to enrich the end user experience
oUse of cutting edge data/text mining, machine learning, Deep learning techniques, Semantic Search,Search Servers for building advanced recommender systems and matching algorithms.
oResearch on innovative technologies to solve text mining, natural language processing, information retrieval, Semantic Search problems.
oUse techniques from artificial intelligence/machine learning to solve supervised and unsupervised learning problems.
oDesign solutions for complex business problems related to BIG Data by using NLP/Machine Learning/Text Mining techniques.
oAnalyze human behavior, perform sentiment analysis, solve complex problems related to Text Mining, do research on Image Processing
1.6 10 years of experience on machine learning/Deep Learning/NLP/Information Retrieval/Artificial Intelligence problems. Minimum 3 years into team handling role.
2.BE/B Tech in Computer Science from a Tier-I college.
3.Hands on experience in Java, Python, , Machine Learning, Apache Solr, MySQL
4.An excellent problem solver with research oriented approach.
5. Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
6.Must have strong analytical skills and an understanding of system databases, data elements, and application software solutions to maximize data gathering and data analysis.
7. Demonstrated experience in handling a variety of responsibilities under pressure
8.Good communication skills
