Job Description - 24/7 L1 Support
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve tickets in assigned queues.
  • Experience in providing services to agreed SLAs.
  • Problem and incident management capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of Service-Now (ITSM tool), Advanced customer service skill.
  • Create accurate ticket documentation for all user interactions
  • Work independently to resolve customer issues
  • High level of concentration and commitment
  • Interact with a wide range of customers and technical issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Communication skills.
Core Skills
Working knowledge of SQL Server jobs, SQL jobs, Stored procedures, Windows

Monitoring Tools - Splunk, NewRelic, Boomi, Hybris
