We have an URGENT Opening for Key Account Manager €“ India Sales for an IT MNC in Noida; below are the details.

ƒ˜Working Days €“ 5 (Sat and Sun Off)
ƒ˜Shift Timings €“ 10 AM €“ 7 PM / 11 AM €“ 8 PM IST
ƒ˜Salary Package €“ Negotiable for suitable candidates, basis Current/Last drawn Salary/ Experience/Exposure
Mission of the Position
To ensure fulfillment of client€™s requirements by managing day-to-day activity of assigned account base. This will be accomplished by performing but not limited to the following tasks: Customer relationship management, quoting, order entry, daily maintenance of open orders, post order resolution and other customer service related functions.
Results to be achieved
Increase volume of orders by actively following up with assigned Customer Accounts with account maintenance in line with contract terms and ensure delivery of Company vision and values in providing five star services to the customers.
Maintain communication channels with Customer€™s Purchasing Operations, and in house resources for Purchasing & Merchandising to ensure that all of the customer€™s needs are fulfilled in a timely manner in line with defined SLA parameters.
€Keep active contact with the customer€™s designated resources to know ahead of time the likely requirements coming up for purchase.
€Provide quotes to the customer in strict accordance with the contract terms & margin targets.
€Order placement.
€Placing orders for assigned accounts
€Document client packaging and shipping needs.
€Daily review of assigned accounts
€Perform customer service functions
€Get tracking information on orders for providing proactive updates to the customers.
€Facilitate and track all returns
€Post order issue resolution
€To act in a professional and courteous manner at all times
€Adhere to all Company policies and regulations
Desired Profile
€Minimum of 4-5 years of successful sales experience in IT products and software licensing domain.
€Self-motivation, goal orientation and strong ability to learn in a classroom and hands-on setting.
€Demonstrates the ability to multi-task.
€Excellent oral and written communication skills.
€Proficient with basic computer functions, including internet browser navigation and email
€Open to extensive travelling across region / country
€Ability to establish & maintain working relationships with OEM principals, Vendors & Suppliers.
