Salary range: 1.4LPA-4.2 LPA (Depends upon relevant experience and education qualification)
Type: International voice process and semi voice process/Domestic voice and non-voice process
Shifts: Day shift/UK/US/Australian/rotational shifts

*Requires candidates who have excellent oral and written communication
*A candidate who insist to make career in customer service

Typical work activities

* Stay current with system information, changes and updates
*Working with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
* Building rapport with customers and retain them by providing quality service.
* Replying to customers for their queries through E-mail and over telephone
