Role:
€Achieving unit business goals through quality recruitment and training of Insurance Advisers
€Develop business segments as per company strategy with compliance
Key Responsibilities:
€To recruit team of Insurance Advisers as per the corporate strategy e.g. HNI IAs satisfaction and customer grievances
€To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed
€To focus on and develop various business segments as per the sales strategy
€To train IAs with the help of training team
€To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations
Critical Competencies:
€Good Communication Skills.
€Good team building skills
€Training and motivation capacity
€Knowledge of finance, investment.
Eligibility Criteria:
Edu: Graduation mandatory
Exp: Minimum 2 to 6 years in Any Sales & Marketing, Insurance
Age: between 24-35 years
Locality awareness: Local for minimum 3-4 years
Direct Profile
Key Accountability:

1. Educate the Customer about the product
2. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
3. Close the leads assigned by the call center team
4. Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer
5. Customer Servicing
6. Collection of Renewals
7. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
Job Specifications:
Willingness to travel
Comfortable with field work
Good Communication skills

Preferred Qualities:
Rich Sales experience is any field
Established network in location
Qualification:
Minimum - Graduation
Candidate should preferably be hailing from the same location for Min 4 Yrs.
