Job Requirement for International Voice for US Collections and Australian Shifts:
1. Any Graduate / Under Graduate / Drop Out
2. Fresher or Previous experience in Customer Service/ US Collections role preferred.
3. Must have excellent communication skills.
4. Must be able to work on flexible schedule
5. Flexibility working in any assigned shift.
6. Should be able to resolve and give appropriate solutions to the customers.
Salary range- 1.8LPA - 3.9 LPA + Lucrative incentives
Shift Timing : - US ( 5 pm To 5 am )
Australian ( 3 am To 3 Pm )
Work Location - Noida /Gurgaon
