Position Details:
Role: Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Location: Mumbai (Kandivali)
Requisites:
- Any Graduate/ MBA with 0 to 2 years of experience in managing the same roles & responsibilities.
- Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel.
- A motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
- High on Integrity.
- Excellent written, oral communication skills and analytical skills.
- Should have good sense of time management, planning & organizing, judgement and analysis.
- Adaptability / comfort in coordination / interaction with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Managing Director.
- Collating the data received from the HODs and preparing MIS reports accordingly.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records related to confidential data.
- Calendar Management - Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Providing timely support regarding maintenance of meetings, correspondence, setting appointments, and collating data and information.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Travel Management
- E-Mail Box Management Review of high priority work/important mails.
- Event Management Organize for a seminar, conference, liaise with hotels, negotiate rates etc.
- Undertake and assist in the completion of special projects as directed.
