Ensure that the customer service team communicates effectively with customers , creates a positive impression , develop and maintain excellent customer service standards Focus on customer experience enhancement and building strong relations on the basis of all - around customer support Provide daily direction and communication to the team so that Distributors calls are answered in a timely , efficient and knowledgeable manner. Ensure prompt resolution of Distributors complaints and review feedback to continually improve company's service level. Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Responsible for suggesting methods to improve operations , efficiency and Quality service to the Distributors. Provide statistical and performance feedback and Training / coaching on a regular basis to each team members to perform their Jobs. Create and maintain a high - quality work environment so that team members are motivated to perform at their highest level. Preparing Reports related to Monthly Calls received & its analysis. Efficiently manage internal stakeholders(departments) to support Distributors query / concern resolution that may influence customer delight Daily management of a team of employees to include motivating , coaching , counseling , training , and problem solving
