1)Job Purpose :
Applications of AI in business are likely to see a meteoric rise in 2018. At Zenlabs, we are looking at growing our Enterprise AI team with a view to capture the business opportunities in the space. The Head of Enterprise AI will report to VP Technology and Head of Zenlabs €“ the Innovation Arm of Zensar. This is a chance to set strategy, build product and service offerings and bring significant revenue to Zensar. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for digital, a clear focus on the customer, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide clarity and direction across teams.

2)Person Specification:
Technology:
-Building Products and other Intellectual Property that can be used across solutions for multiple clients
-Develop end to end architecture, Solutions, standards, processes and toolkits/accelerators leveraging emerging digital technologies.
-Working extensively with business users to understand their needs and processes and ensuring that our solutions drive their success
Practice Growth:
-Experience in developing technology roadmap and strategy aligned to market trends
-Experience leading teams with P&L
-Leading, training, growing, and mentoring an enthusiastic team of high energy professionals and building future leaders
-Being a thought leader and creating new services which map to the future market needs
-Providing sales support in the form of collateral, RFP responses, and proofs-of-concept
-Engaging with customers at Senior to C level, including travel to their offices

Requirements:
-MTech in Computer Science (PhD a plus)
-15+ years of experience in leading product and solution teams
-Understanding of Analytics, Big Data Technologies, Algorithms, Statistics
-Machine Learning skills a plus
-Must have excellent written & verbal communication
-P&L Managing Experience
