Job Description
Recruitment, Selection and Development: Responsible for recruitment across all verticals .Conducting interview sessions with candidate and coordinating with Project Heads. Prepare proper organisation process for interview. Handling of functions like Employee Joining & Leaving formalities including exit interviews.
HR Process & Policy formulation & Deployment, Performance Improvement, Change Management, HR Transitions, Organization Restructuring & functional effectiveness support to pan India level
Performance Appraisal: Accountable for timely confirmation of probationers post performance assessment. Coordination for implementation of annual increment procedure. Processing of annual increment based on respective HOD appraisal .Incorporation of revised payroll structure in employees database.
Employee Relations & Co-ordination. Coordination with Corporate Office regarding various employees issues. Coordination with Project Heads regarding employee grievances & initiate in resolving the issue with support from the management. Preparation of Employee (Pay Package) along with staff transfer letter. Processing of staff full & final settlement within the schedule time frame.
Processing of staff PF claim in coordination with Corporate Office.
Employee Welfare. Processing of staff corporate mediclaim policy Coordinate with Hospital & Insurance company for cashless & reimbursement facility for benefit to concern employee. Preparation of MIS Report (Quarterly) along with other HR related data.
Initiate & ensure official communication along with correspondences pertaining to the aforesaid job assigned on regular basis.
Ensure upkeep of proper documentation (Soft & Hard) copy pertaining to the aforesaid job assigned on regular basis.
Ensure undertaking of any other work that the management may assign or which may be beneficial for the organization.
Ensuring honesty and integrity towards the organization and performing all tasks and duties keeping in mind best interest of the organization.
