Education : Advanced degree in biology, ecology, environmental sciences, natural resources management, or related field and a minimum of 7 years of related experience.Familiarity with conservation issues, particularly those related to wetland and its biodiversity is desired. Demonstrated ability to identify wetland birds by sight is essential.Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to motivate people to action. Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teamKnowledge and appreciation of the participatory approaches to conservationExcellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Hindi are essential. Ability to synthesize and communicate technical and complex information for a non-technical audience, with effective communication skills reaching target audiences
