He shouldhave adequate experience at a senior level in a large organization of repute.Persons with MBA with major in Marketing/Technical qualifications with specialization inmarketing discipline in an organization of repute and with experience in operation/processcontrol/production/planning/maintenance/ industrial RD and related areas in a large scaleintegrated production unit dealing with metals and alloy products would have addedadvantage.
