Job Description 1- Incomplete and incorrect application form and those which are not in prescribedproforma shall be rejected summarily without any notice.2- The applications for the post of Clerks shall be scrutinized, as per detailsmentioned above and on the basis of merit initially list of candidates equal to twotimes of the number of vacancies advertised will be displayed on the website ofthis Court after 12.05.2015 to appear for COMPUTER PROFICIENCY TEST.In case sufficient number of eligible candidates could not qualify the test, than thenext candidates in the same ratio as per merit list would be called for ComputerProficiency Test and list will be displayed accordingly on website of this Court.3- The information provided by the candidate in the application form will be verifiedwith his/her original testimonials and in case any of the information is foundincorrect at any stage his/ her candidature shall be cancelled.4- The posts of reserved categories will be offered to the candidates of the generalcategory, if no suitable candidates from the reserved categories are found eligible.5- Number of above said posts may be increased or decreased due toadministrative exigencies.6- In case of cancellation/postponement of test for the aforesaid posts, due toadministrative reasons, this office shall not be responsible. However in the caseof change of date of Test, notice will be displayed on the Notice Board of thisoffice and on website ecourts.gov.in (Jalandhar Page).7- Merely satisfying the eligibility criteria do not entitle a candidate to beselected. The undersigned reserves the right to alter/modify or change any ofthe terms and conditions including selection criteria etc. spelt out in theadvertisement.8- In case the candidate having experience, he should have to attach attestedcopy of experience certificate from the concerned department .9- No separate T.A./D.A. will be given to the candidates appearing forComputer Proficiency Test.
