Education : a) Degree in Mining Engineering (B.E / B.Tech/ B.Sc - 4 Yrs) from a recognised instituteandb) First Class Mine Manager Certificate ofCompetency under Coal Mine Regulations - 1957.
Experience : c) Prescribed length of Post qualification experience ofworking in Mechanized / Semi-Mechanised OpenCast Coal / Lignite/other Mines andd) Must have at least 5 years of working experience instatutory post as Manager / Agent of Mines /Project Officer, either independently or together, ina large open cast / underground mine.
