Job Description The application should be filled legibly in Hindi, Marathi or English in Block letters on an A-4 size paper.The candidates should fill in the application form in all respects in the prescribed format and submit the same along with all enclosures and DD. Candidates belonging to General and OBC categories should submit Demand Draft of Rs. 100/- (non-refundable) drawn in favour of Mazagon Dock Ltd., payable at Mumbai towards processing fee. Education : Certificate of competency (Licence to act as Engineer) issued by Maharashtra MaritimeBoard/Mercantile Marine Dept. as per Indian Vessel Act. Knowledge of Swimming iscompulsory.
Experience : Minimum 3 yrs experience of operating tugs from 565 BHP and above as Licenceto act Engineer should possesses knowledge of rectifying defects, overhauling and upkeeping engine room
