Education : The eligibility criteria for the selection of Junior Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow shall be with a degree in the appropriate area of study- (a) B.E. with GATE qualified (b) M.A./M.Sc. with NET/GATE/SET qualified (c) M.A./M.Sc. with 55 marks in aggregate where the scope of NET/SET is restricted or does not currently exist. In this case, a selection test may be conducted for consideration. (d) Only M.E./M.Tech. degree shall be considered for SRF.
