Education : Each candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech./M.S./M.Tech. degree in CSE/IT/ECE/ETCE, and should have an outstanding academic record throughout. Each candidate is expected to pursue a Ph.D. degree or integrated M.S./Ph.D. degree in the CSE department of IIT Kharagpur.
Experience : Candidates should have proficiency in programming in any common high-level language, and prior hands-on experience with embedded system development on FPGA using Verilog would be useful.
