Job Description 1. In case candidates are not fulfilling the eligibility criteria as required for a particular post thenthe system will not allow the candidates to submit application for the said post or to proceedahead from that particular page.For example If a candidate doesnt fulfill the age / Work experience criteria as required for aparticular job post, then system wont allow the candidate to proceed ahead.2. Education : Any advanced / additional Post Graduate Diploma /Certificate Course from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution inManufacturing Technology / Production Engineering / MBA / PGDM
Experience : For the post of AGM the candidate should have 16 yrspost essential educational qualification completion experience (not below the rankof Commander with 17 years service of Indian Navy). For the post of DGM thecandidate should have 13 yrs post qualification experience (not below the rank ofCommander of Indian Navy with 12 years of service).
