Education : Officer of Central Government (including DelhiAdministration) or Central Statutory/ AutonomousBodies holding analogous posts or with at least 5years of service in the posts in the Pay Band-3Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.6600 orequivalent and having experience in administrationestablishment and preferably in accounts matters.Officers with MBA or PG Diploma in PersonnelManagement or Labour Laws or Degree in Law, shallbe given preference.
