Age limit: Aspirants age should be less than 29 years as on the last date of 1st December 2015. Age relaxation would be applicable to all reserved category candidates.
For Management Trainees (Technical): aspirants must have engineering (full time) or technology/AMIE with at least 60% marks in mechanical, electrical, electronics & telecommunication, electrical/EEE, production/manufacturing engineering, metallurgy, instrumentation & civil discipline.
For Management Trainees (Non-Technical): aspirants must have passed HR posts, post graduate degree/pg diploma- 1st class with at least 60% in personnel management and industrial relations or MBA-hr/ social work with at least specialization in personnel management and industrial relations.
For Management Trainees (Non-Technical): aspirants must have passed bachelor degree 1st class at least 60% marks.
Pay scale: selected candidates would be given a salary as mentioned below.
During training period of 3 years Rs.16, 400/- per month.
After the training Rs.16, 400/- to Rs.40, 400/- per month.
Selection process: selected candidates would be selected based on the GATE-2015 score. Shortlisted candidates would be called for the oral interview.
Application fee: all general candidates have to pay application fee of 800/- and all SC/ST candidates have to pay 200/- application fee through online.
