IIFT Entrance Exam ( for 2 - year MBA course)

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks (or equivalent grades) from any recognized University or Institution
Candidates appearing for a qualifying examination can also apply subject to submission of proof of requisite qualification by
October 2004.

No age limit

Admission

For general candidates
On the basis of Written Test on Second Sunday in January at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Delhi, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Hyderabad, Indore, Guwahati, Lucknow, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Vishakhapatnam. Those qualifying in the Written Test will be invited for Group Discussion and Interview to be held at Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Lucknow and Mumbai

For Foreign/NRI/NRI- sponsored candidates
On the basis of General Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) l
GMAT result should not be more than two years old fromthe current year. The results should be received by the institute by 31 March of the current year.

The Prospectus and Application Form: May be obtained from third week of September 2004 onwards on all working days between 10.00 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.personally from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, B- 21 Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi 110016 on payment of Rs.250 (Rs.125/- forSC/ST candidates and US$ 20 for Foreign/NRI/NRI- sponsored candidates) in cash or by Demand Draft in favour of Indian Institute ofForeign Trade payable at Delhi or through post by sending a request accompanied by DD of the above mentioned amount and twoself- addressed adhesive labels. SC/ST candidates to attach caste Certificate also.

Demand Draft of Rs.750/- (Rs.375/- for SC/ST candidates and US$20 for Foreign/NRI/NRI- sponsored) will have to be deposited at the
time of submission of filled in application form to the Institute as application screening and admission test fee.
