Registered letters & Speed Post will not be accepted. Serving Defence Personnel are to apply through proper channel. Central/State Government employees should also apply through Heads of Departments. Attested copies (not returnable) of certificates of age, educational qualifications including statements of marks, caste certificate (if SC, ST, OBC), NCC, Sports are to be tagged with the application. One self-addressed (unstamped) envelop of size 25x10 cms should be attached with the application. One additional passport size photograph is to be attached separately.
