Walk-in for CSIR Research position

A walk in interview is scheduled to be held for -ion of one Research position for CSIR Sponsored project entitled “Synthesis & Characterization of Hy-hobic Nanostructured Coatings by Physical Vapour Deposition” under Dr. Ramesh Chandra, Institute Instrumentation Centre, IIT Roorkee. Interested candidates may appear before the -ion committee in the office of the Head, Institute Instrumentation Centre on 24.2.2012 at 11.00 AM. Candidates are required to submit a copy of bio-data along with attested copies of certificates to Principal Investigator Dr. Ramesh Chandra by post/email (ramesfic(at)gmail.com.) and bring originals at the time of interview. Essential Qualification: 1. SRF: M.Sc.. in the field of Condensed Matter Physics, with valid NET/GATE Score. A Minimum of 2 years working experience on DC/RF sputtering, Pulsed Laser Deposition, FE-SEM, & TEM etc. 2. Age: 32 years (maximum). Note: 5 Years relaxation in age for SC/ST & OBC candidates. 3. Fellowship: SRF: Rs 18,000/pm + HRA. 4. Duration of Project: December 31, 2012 Nature of Engagement: SRF is expected to carry out research work as proposed in the proposal. Note: All terms and conditions are as per rule of IIT Roorkee.
