Responsibilities:

� The candidate will participate in business process analysis workshops in client-facing roles, understand client,s business processes, and capture requirements and assist lead in analyzing requirements.

� The candidate will be responsible as a team member for configuring the software for client,s business processes. The candidate should be familiar with software configuration tools and should demonstrate the ability to effectively use them in software configuration.

� The candidate will be responsible for identifying gaps in the standard functionality and suggest alternative options to the client and help the team lead arriving at the most effective alternative. The candidate will be responsible for initiating change requests for any system/configuration changes for projects related to remote system maintenance and support.

� The candidate will follow client/organization-specific methodologies for process compliance and software quality assurance for software configuration, testing, and support.

� Defines project specific templates.

� Leads requirement gathering.

� Analyzes change request, does impact analysis and provides estimation as per Estimation Guidelines. Does scope / resource planning accordingly.

� Proactively monitors any SLA violations. Does the analysis of these cases along with module leads and communicates to client / program manager.

� Prepares, guides and ensures that team follows the specifications / standards / guidelines / design.

� Reviews the specifications, documentation and also gets it approved by team lead / Client

� Recommends best method and tools to improve process.

� Maintaining records/ documents as required, accuracy of data, generating reports on time.

� Helps in preparing configuration management plan, identifying configurable items.

� Reviews test scripts, test cases.

� Ability to provide estimates based on inputs (requirement docs / functional specs.), Participates & contributes in estimation with his/her technical expertise

Desired Profile

- Relevant experience of 3-6 years.- Strong academic performance- Good analytical and problem-solving skills- Effective interpersonal, communication & presentation skills- Certification in the module will be preferred Qualification:JDE Financials
