Fresher - *Sourcing candidates through various sources like Job Portals, References, Cold Calling, etc for various client requirements

*Conduct preliminary interviews before presenting the candidates to the clients

*Handle the entire recruitments cycle

Should have excellent Communication Skills.
Can work effectively in a target oriented environment.
Min 6 mnths exp into Call Center, Telecom, Insurance or Financial Services recruitments
Preferably Graduate Females residing in the western surburbs.
