Site co-ordinator required

Vellore Developers a fastest growing realestate firm is looking for Site coordinators for their upcoming construction projects. The company is looking for site coordinators who has good people management capacity and shall responsible for all sort communication, co-ordination and management between the site and the company
Duties and Responsibilities
• To manage all concerns regarding site safety, labor health concerns, managing the accommodation for the labors and site engineers.
• Serve as a primary liaison for the site engineers and labors.
• Work with the site engineers and facilitate the resources for them
• Create an environment of mutual respect that supports the rights of both the company and the work force while safeguarding the rights of individuals.
• Responsible to establish a regular site office operations and managing the human resource, their work hours, salary/wages, resolving their conflicts and coordinating with the site engineer.
• Track expitures against approved budget and ensure that funds are spent as budgeted.
• Collect receipts for purchases, document expenses, and reconcile expenses.
• Maintain all documents/files related to the project needs and documenting them.
• Serve as primary point of contact for issues related to housing and other logistical commitments
• Transport, distribute, re-collect and inventory of all capital equipment for the company
• Managing the advertisement and publishing requirements
• Managing the enquiries and present those to company’s management, pursuing follow-ups for such enquiries.
• Handling the customers and assisting them by address their queries, clarifications
• Coordinating and make available of with various govt/local approvals for the site operations.

Ss and Specifications
• The person needs to be an excellent communicator and should have good communication ss both verbal and written.
• Must have worked 5 years in similar environment managing the site operation
• Must work indepently of direct supervision of the company and the site engineer
• Possesses excellent organizational and problem solving ss
• Works cooperatively with others in a non-routine environment
• Customer handling and customer satisfaction ss are must.
• Must have knowledge on basic troubleshooting of electrical circuits/motors/pump etc.
• Must have basic computer knowledge
• Should know accounting principles to manage the funds
• Must have superior English written ss to manage, report and communicate with the authorities and the company
• Must have own vehicle
