The brand was launched in India with opening up of 2 stores during the year. iStore by Reliance Digital is a one-stop-shop for all Apple products and services. There are 17 such stores currently operational. Reliance Brands also announced exclusive licensing arrangement with two leading international brands: Steve Madden, a leading designer, wholesaler and retailer of fashion-forward footwear and accessories for women, men and children. Quiksilver, a leading outdoor sports lifestyle company to launch their core brands ,Quiksilver, and ,Roxy,. Across India, Reliance Retail serves over 2.5 million customers every week. Its loyalty programme, "Reliance One", has the patronage of more than 6.75 million customers.

Job Description
  - Assist Store Manager to achieve store sales and proper store management

 - Analyse finanacial performnace of your store.

 - Manage store presentation,shelf help,POS&housekeeping  standards.

 - Identify stock issues and opportunities.

 - Plan and execute advertising and promotions.

 - Ensure delivery of effcective &prompt service to internal/external customers.

 - Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures/codes eg.code of conduct,applicable external laws / regulations / standards / industry codes.

 - Manage issues relating to compliance.

 - Mininize shringage & damage in your store.

 -Implement secruity procedures.

 -Gain control over employee relations issues.

 -Operate all store SAP modules independantly.

 -Ensure accurate stock take.

 -Apply and monitor merchandise movement processes.

 -Impelemnt seasonal merchandise guildlines,perpetual    inventories&planograms with proper SELs.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

-Graduates or Post gradation freshers or candidates with less than 2yrs exp can apply for this post ,should have passion towards working with retail industry.

 

-candidates should not have any backlogs/arrears

 

-candidates should possess 60% and above in any two of their academics

 

-only male candidates are preferred

 

-walk in 3rd-8th Feb @ 11.00am
