Job Description:
• Should be responsible for to recruitment cycle.
• Should have exposure in the entire hiring process from sourcing, searching, screening, target-hunting & recruiting candidates for various IT/Non IT ss..
• Experience in using effective sourcing from all the job portals, professional networking sites like Linked-In.
• Screening and short-listing candidates according to requirement.
• Scheduling and coordinating the interviews for candidates.
• Follow up with the candidates
• Should have involved in Business Development / Client handling activities

Desired Profile:
• Proactive, Team Player, Goal Oriented, Self Motivated, Disciplined, Hardworking & sincere.
• Should possess good communication ss.
• Should be internet savy
• Good in MS Office


Experience: 1-2 yrs
Location: Bangalore

Qualification:
