Fresher - Duties:
Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication ss
Candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in Sales for USA/UK.
Prior experience in Sales UK/USA process will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in sales will be an advantage.
Responsible for dealing with International Customers
Responsible for dealing with Customers Queries.

Process: Tech support UK process where the candidate is expected handle customers queries.

Qualification: Graduates from any field. Please do not shortlists BE, B -tech candidates.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Pune
Salary Range: 1-3 lpa
Incentive Monthly incentive will be given based on the
performance. Cap will 2,000. Team incentive is given Quarterly for
best performance which will include team dinner or outings.
Appraisal There is half yearly appraisal on the basis of
performance.
Will Train Applicant(s): On job training will be given.
Transport: Transport available. If any candidate wishes to
commute on their self vehicles travelling allowance will be provided.
That will be 1200 max. This will be given additional to their
salaries.
