We are looking for IT Recruiters

Experience -0 to 6 months

Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream.

Good communication skills

Have a positive attitude towards work and be a good team player

Eager to learn new technologies and trends in the market



RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding client requirements

Proactively identify the best suitable candidate for client requirements

Technically qualify candidates through stringent interview process

Prepare candidates for client interviews

Be creative to identify avenues to search candidates and keep active database ready for client requirements



Adequate training will be provided to freshers
