Sales Executive

Fresher - Key Roles and responsibilities:-

Arrange group demo session at demo sites
Creation of company identity by personal visits to potential customers

Dealer development for distribution networks
New lead generation and follow up to sales
After sales service level maintenance

Incentives will be provided based on the key performance parameters for particular quarter.



Key Selection parameters:-

Communication skills in local language as well as Hindi and English
Ability and willingness to travel in the market to achieve key objectives

Local geographical and political knowledge

Preference will be given to MBA graduates
