ENGINEER (CIVIL DIPLOMA)

Fresher - We are looking for a (civil diploma holder) who can do research on various properties regarding its statistics , location , creating USP,s . Then creating presentations for the company to assess if the property is worth undertaking for lease / sale purpose.

He should have his own conveyance , good in computers - excel and presentation.

Further the range of services are:

Business Plan & Feasibility Studies for large / small scale development & infrastructure projects including Special Economic Zones, Integrated Residential Townships, Hotels, Retail Malls, IT Parks, Airports, residential projects OR even Residendial and commercial independent units amongst several other vertical segments

• Investment Related Due-Diligence Exercises including market assessment, development option study, feasibility, financial modeling and valuation

• Valuation Services for real estate projects based on business plan and cash flow/financial analysis

• Market Research Exercises to track real estate markets and sectors on an ongoing basis and preparation of reports

The role would include consulting and valuation
