SRF/JRF in DST

Recruitment of SRF/JRF in DST funded project in the Dept. of Biotechnology Application on plain paper are invited from eligible candidates with detailed biodata supported by duly attested copies of certificates for the following temporary research positions in DST supported research project. Short listed applicants will be invited before a -ion committee for interview at Pondicherry University. Title : “A pragmatic scientific evaluation of two phytomedicines for the management of metabolic syndrome related obesity” Duration of the project : Three years Position available: Position Post Qualifications Senior Research Fellow One M.Sc. in any Biological Sciences with (SRF) minimum two years research experience in biochemical pharmacology with atleast two publications. (Knowledge on animal cell culture desirable) Junior Research Fellow One M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Biotechnology with (JRF) CSIR-NET qualification or any qualifying examination such as DBT/ICMR or Pondicherry University Ph.D Qualifying examination Stipend : As per DST guidelines Last date : 2.2.2012
