Fresher - *Responsible for handling calls
*solving customer queries
*Building rapport with customers and retain them by providing quality service.
*Work towards excellence by contributing to achieve business goals

*Good communication(English, Hindi & Tamil or any other regional language)
*Passion towards Voice process.
*Preferably male candidates
*7 days process so should be flexible to take off on any day
*Must be open for shifts between 6am-10pm
