Goa Shipyard Limited, a Public Sector Company under the Ministry of Defense, is presently engaged in the activities of designing and building special purpose modern sophisticated ships for the Navy , Coast Guard, Commercial and Export segment. The Company is looking for the following personnel.

APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING Welder (G&E) - 11 Nos.


Age Limit : 23year as on 31/03/2012
No. of Post & Reservation : 11

Qualification: Passed ITI in Welder trade & Certificate issued by NCVT
Scale Pay: Stipend per month Rs 1700/-

General: Period of Training One Year. The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years in case of the candidates belonging to the SCHEDULED CASTE AND SCHEDULED TRIBE. Candidates those who have already undergone such type of training/experience of one year or more are not eligible to undergo the training under the Apprenticeship Act.
