Fresher - Development of IVR applications from call flows ,
Design Call flow documents,
Assist in designing & Implementing RDBMS structure for IVR Database,
Prepare high quality documentation including IVR Call Flow and Technical Systems Design

Candidate must be BE/BE-TECH,
Should have Practical knowledge of RDBMS, SQL-PL SQL(SQL SERVER 2005 and 2007),Oracle Database etc.
In-depth Analytical & Problem Resolution skills,
Should have good communication and interpersonal skils.
