Sales and Marketing Professional at our Zonal Office in Hyderabad
Candidates must have a two wheeler with AP registration!!!!
I. Role Description:
1. Administrative - 15%
{a} Creation, updation and maintenance of customer database
{b} Ensuring supply and distribution of all marketing collateral - flyers, brochures, as appropriate
{c} Correspondence with clients on time
2. Sales and Marketing - 85%
{a} Execution of the sales cycle
{b} Customer visits
{c} Target based sales - with volumes and revenue targets to be defined per quarter
{d} Creation and ution of marketing plans, strategies and processes Presentations, visits, promotion campaigns - organization, management and ution
{e} Account management - with follow up of existing customers
II. Salary and Compensation
Salary will comprise two parts:
{a} Fixed compensation {deping on the candidate}
{b} Attractive Revenue based sales commission
{a} All commission will be paid on a per month basis.
{b} Salary will be paid before the 7th of each calar month.
{c} Entitled to one day paid leave per month after completion of probation period.
{d} Travel and telephone expenses will be reimbursed for genuine business needs on production of relevant bills.
III. Working Hours
Working hours will normally be 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Satday with a flexible lunch break of no more than one hour. However, if clients are available outside these hours, it is expected that you will be able to meet them. Your role may require you to occasionally work on Sunday or travel outside Hyderabad
