Outbound Call Executive

Type : Contract Basic { Work From Home option available}

Requirement:
- Female, fluent in English and Gujarati communication
- Should have good, pleasing outbound calling and selling ss
- Should have internet access
- Should have knowledge of email, MS Word and Excel

Job Description:
- To call Engineering students, explain and motivate to join Lexis Tech Training programs, especially d for Freshers
- Prepare Brochures and Marketing material
- Keeping tack of calling and reporting at of the day
- Innovative in sales and sales pitch/script
- Should be able to plan work and take decisions
- One year experience in call center desirable

Facilities:
- Call ges will be paid
- Lexis Tech will provide the list of students with their contact detail

Compensation:
- INR 5000/- for 600 calls and 20 conversations

Incentives {on top of fixed Salary}:
- Conversions over 20 students, an additional incentive Rs. 200.00 per conversion will be paid
- Conversion over 30 – 50, an additional incentive of Rs. 300.00 per conversion will be paid
- Conversion over 50+ and additional incentive of Rs. 500.00 per conversion will be paid
- Currently Job is on contract basis have potential to be converted in to permanent offer based on performance
