JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Advance ss in Adobe Photoshop ,Dreamweaver, Flash, Animations, Action Script, HTML/ CSS, DHTML, XHTML/ CSS2, JavaScript and JQuery

Innovation in creation of Websites Layouts ,Splash Layouts, Landing Pages, Logo Designs, Website Templates .

Ability to analyze client’s specifications and design the website as per requisite.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently.


Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes.

The candidate will be responsible for developing Web/ Applications for the company using web2.0 standards.

Candidates with Exceptionally good communication ss, may have to interact with the client

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Conceptualization of Web Site,s.

Design websites and web applications with W3C standards

E-mail Promotion template,s

Design Logo,s, brochure and catalogue etc.

Create Banner,s, Animations and Presentation,s using Flash

Should be able to translate requirements into excellent design layouts.

Expansion and transfer of various conceptual ideas to all online experience

Communication of conceptual ideas to team

Develop compelling narrative across all facets of the online experience

Design all marketing emails to our costumers.

Oversee department daily workflow, prioritize jobs assignment and manage deadlines.

Maintaining & organization of daily workflow in office

Maintaining positive & nurturing work environment with high creative standards

Understand , question and influence functional and business requirements for multiple design projects of varying scope.

Develop big ideas and flawlessly ute them in a highly collaborative environment

Will Integrate Rich Media functionalities into clients existing websites or newly developed sites

Build Custom, modular components for reuse in multiple applications

Participate in discussion with team on product enhancements and solutions

Ideal candidate should be able to work fast under the supervision of one of our Project Managers

Participating in technical and functional specifications documentation and user interface development

Taking initiative to research and lead emerging technologies
