Call Center Executive

Fresher - 1. Answer inbound calls and booking cabs for Delhi NCR people as well as assist customers who,ve specific inquires.

2. Pleasant and friendly mannerism.

3. Arrange for the dispatch of booking.

4. Update the existing databases with changes and status of each customer/prospective customers.

5. Very good verbal and oral communication skills.
