Walk-in Research Assistant

Walk - in Interview The post of Research Assistant in an ICMR Adhoc project is to be filled up under the time bound ongoing research scheme “Studies on phthalate compounds on male reproductive system of rat” for a period of about one year in the Department of Reproductive and Cyto-toxicology. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Research Assistant No. of posts: One Pay (Rs.): Rs.21114/-P.M. (fixed) Essential: M. Sc. in Zoology / Biochemistry / Toxicology/ Molecular Biology/Biotechnology or other related subjects with good academic record Desirable: Candidates having experience in the field of Animal Experimentation, reproductive/ biochemistry and molecular biology shall be given preference.

Job Requirement: Handling of rat, dosing, animal dissection, blood collection, tissue collection etc and to undertake laboratory work viz. biochemical estimation, hormone assay, handling of instruments, computation of data and preparation of reports. Age limit: 30 Years (Relaxation for SC/ST/ OBC/ Experience/ candidates as per Rules).
