Call Centre Executive

Fresher - - Handling incoming calls of customers who intend to book a car online, amend or cancel their existing booking.
- Deliver the highest quality of service to clients & ensure high customer satisfaction.

- 0 to 1 year experience in a reputed International Call Centre.
- Proficient in spoken English & must carry a good accent in UK & US process.
- Shift timings will be for US and UK.
- Should be open to work in 24*7 environment.
