Fresher - Quality Assurance Test Lead - {4+ years of Experience}

Fresher - Resource will lead multiple high priority projects with 4 -5 testers each both on and off-shore. They will manage and /or ute Quality Assurance Functional testing activities during all test-related project phases for a given customer portfolio.
•Leads Multiple high priority projects
•Communicate {verbal and written} with business, development, and senior management, on the progress of the Release Period project goals, objectives, and testing efforts.
•Prepares Test Estimates
•Creates and reviews test plans and test cases ensuring alignment with standards
•Prepares and manages QA Project Plan
•Verifies the availability of the QA environment for testing
•Prepares metrics and reports QA findings
•Prepares QA Project Closeout Report
•Ensure that all system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved
•Supports all quality initiatives that are implemented during each phase of the system development life cycle
•Support in the development of quality assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures
•Initiates Risk management and escalation
•Leads and coordinates defect triage meetings
•Where appropriate advise User Acceptance Testing for a given Portfolio of projects
•Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other IT Services, IT Solutions functions and customers to expedite delivery of IT solution
•Ability to ute Testing Methodology, Artifacts management and Review process at each Testing life-cycle
•Excellent Project Management ss with experience managing complex IT projects within an integrated program
•Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
•Is accountable for the review of all key QA deliverables: Test Plan, Test Cases, Traceability Matrix, Status Reports, Test Completion Report.
•Experience in automated test operations Using QTP.

B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MS/Any Graduate/Post Graduate
