Team Lead {PHP} job opening in Pune with Sibz Solutions

We are looking for 2yr + experienced candidates in PHP/ MySQL for a Team Lead profile in our organization.

Technical responsibilities
1.The desired candidate would be involved in full software/ website development life cycle starting from requirement analysis to testing.

2. The candidate must have expert knowledge in PHP Scripting {with MVC architecture} PHP 4, PHP 5. Should take responsibility to develop a website and Web Application using Open Source system.

3. Should have sound knowledge of Object Oriented Programming {OOPS} concepts with Smarty and AJAX.

4. He/ She must be thorough with the concepts of frameworks like Drupal, Joomla, Cake PHP, Smarty Templates, OSCommerce, Interspire, Xcart, Zen Cart.

5. The candidate must have knowledge about Banner Management Systems, Affiliate Management Systems, Newsletters etc.

Managerial Responsibilities
1. The candidate must have excellent leadership qualities and should be able to handle a team of developers.

2. The candidate must be able to handle the technical queries of his/ her deputies and provide technical guidance as and when needed.

2. The candidate must be able to motivate a team of web designers and developers and ensure that projects are completed as per schedule.

3. The candidate must be able to track the performance of his deputies and convey timely feedback to them so as to ensure on time project delivery.

4. The candidate must have excellent client handling ss along with a good command over written and spoken English

Reporting Structure
He/ she will directly report to the Chief Technology Officer {CTO} and / or the directors of the company:
