University Director of Physical Education

Applications are invited for the following posts so as to reach the Assistant Registrar (Estt.) Panjab University, Chandigarh by 23.1.2012 University Director of Physical Education-01 (Directorate of Sports ) Pay Band: 37400-67000+Grade Pay of 10000/- plus allowances admissible under the University rules. Qualifications: Essential: (i) A Ph.D. in Physical Education. (ii) Experience of at least ten years as University Deputy or fifteen years as University Assistant DPEs/College (-ion grade). (iii) Participation in at least two national/international seminars/ conferences. (iv) Consistently good appraisal reports. (v) Evidence of organizing competitions and conducting coaching camps of at least two weeks’ duration.
