B. EXPERIENCE: Ten years Practical/ Research/ Design/Development experience in the field of Textiles or in Planning/ Execution of Development Programmes related to Textile Industry etc. DESIRABLE: i) Master’s Degree in Textile Technology. ii) Knowledge of problems related to the development of textiles and associated Industries like chemicals, machinery etc. iii) Experience of Techno-economic evaluation of feasibility studies/detailed project reports. DUTIES: Planning in relation to various aspects of development of Textile Industry. Examination of specific economic and other developmental aspects of problems arising in these Industries. EXPERIENCE: Ten years’ experience in Research /Development/ Planning/ Execution of Development Projects/Programmes in the field of Fisheries Inland/Marine. DESIRABLE: i) Doctorate Degree in the relevant field. ii) Experience of extension work in the areas indicated under experience above. iii) Experience of preparation of or techno-economic evaluation of feasibility studies/detailed project reports. DUTIES: To examine schemes and plans of the Central and State Governments/Union Territories relating to the development of fisheries and other associated activities. To organize and participate in the studies undertaken by the Agriculture Division pertaining to the Fisheries sector. To assist the Head of Agriculture Division in the organization, direct and guide the studies undertaken by the Agriculture Division. To do such work as may be assigned by the Head of Agriculture Division from time-to-time. HQ: Delhi with liability to serve anywhere in India.
