Department of Material Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur is hiring Associate Project Manager Applications from highly motivated young persons are invited for one temporary project position as per the details given below: Project Title "Computational Analysis of AlGaN/GaN Epitaxial Systems" Post :Project Engineer Minimum Qualification :M. Tech or B. Tech + 3 years experience Knowledge & Experience required: Design of computational models. Knowledge of phase change in materials. Use of thermal strains in simulations. Analysis of cantilevers and systems under bending. Knowledge of GaAs or GaN based devices.
