Fresher - Urgent Requirement for Shell Transource Pvt. Ltd. (A Vertex Group Company)

Call Center Executives – 100 nos.

• Inbound Sales process (Telecom)

• Min. HSC passed

• Salary to be offered upto 8.5K CTC per month

• Day Shift

Call Center Executives – 50 nos.

• Outbound Sales process

• Min. HSC passed

• Salary to be offered upto 9.5K CTC per month

• Day Shift

Quality Verifier – 10 nos.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the Quality for Non-Voice Process

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Ensure CSRs are updated on the recent product and process updates

• Conduct timely Briefings, Feedbacks / Coaching and CSR development related activities

• Comfortable working in an evolving role.

• Ability to work well with a wide range of individuals.

• Experienced in MS Office applications.

• Rotating Shift(Night Shift Allowance paid if applicable)

• Salary to be offered – 8.5K CTC



MIS Executive – 10 nos.

1) Good Communication skills

2) Excel Knowledge i.e Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table etc

3) Typing speed 25 wpm

4) Min 1 year of Exp in back office.

5) Coordination with Associates Pan India over phone or mail as per the requirement
