Fresher - Job Description

- Should undergo 2 months classroom training & perform well in the tests during training.
- Should understand the feedback provided by the seniors and make sure the same errors are not repeated.
- Should be self-motivated to learn the job as quickly as possible.
- Should be able to handle LIVE production immediately after the completion of training under appropriate supervision.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduates/Post Graduates in any discipline with aggregate 60% marks are required immediately.
- Candidates are required to join immediately, so Chennai candidate will be given 1st preference, however outstation candidates willing to relocate can also walk in.
- Should have completed their graduation / post graduation
- Should have good communication / interpersonal ss, basic knowledge in computer & typing.
- Should be willing to work in shifts {no night shifts for female employees}.
