• Handling Software sales to US customers and Web-sites Sales.

• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Computer and Internet knowledge preferred.

• Should be able to deliver quality customer service support for clients.

• Willingness to work in night and rotational shifts.

• Ability to provide information Quickly, Clearly and Effectively

• Fluency in written and spoken English – essential.

• Clarity of speech, fluency, grammar, neutral accent and good articulation of thought.

• Ability to understand and speak to US customers.

B.sc( Computer Science) MBA, MCA Preferred or Any Graduate with excellent communication skills with min 1-4 years of experience can appy.
